house
Pujari house is located in Chembur, Mumbai and is being constructed by the Safal Group. The project has 2 towers, one rehabilitation towers comprising of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and the other a sale tower comprising of 4 and 5 bedroom apartments. Both the towers are connected at the podium level with landscaped grounds and amenities.

Placed in the beautiful area of Chembur in Mumbai, the project is a combination of rehabilitation and luxury towers.
FACADE
The design of the towers includes stone cladding with jali like patterns that form a continuity throughout its elevation. The windows are cladded with aluminium chajjas (overhangs) that add to the minimalistic design.
ground floor
The ground floor of the buildings has access to the basement through ramps, it makes for the base of the podium which is the amenities floor and a garden and it also includes the lobbies of the towers.
