golf view apartment

Golf view Apartments are located in Chembur, Mumbai in India. Since the plot of land was a thin piece of land just ending at the golf course, the idea was to capitalize on the views and build 2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments with different hierarchy of space and usage.

golf view RESIDENCES

The façade of the towers is mostly paint and plaster. Since most of the building is rehabilitation, the idea was to keep the exterior consistent to make it economical.
