PYTHIAN APT. INTERIORS
Residential Interior Project as an Architectural Designer
This 800 sq ft mezzanine duplex residence at The Pythian underwent a full renovation, including the redesign of its 1.5 baths and living spaces. The kitchen was reimagined by removing a dividing wall, opening it up to the public and semi-public areas for a more fluid spatial connection. A continuous brass inlay, integrated through Schluters on the flooring and within the bathroom tiling, threads warmth throughout the home while providing a unifying detail. In the primary bathroom, a restrained white palette is contrasted with tiles of varying scales applied across surfaces, their proportions carefully calibrated to the areas they cover, resulting in a refined yet tactile composition.
